Hi any one been to the kite festival in Berck we are going on Friday/Saturday but wondered if there is anything to look out for :-?

Good golf courses in the area and Le Touquet always gets my vote for a lively weekend :D

If you are interested in nature visit the baie de Somme and the "parc ornithologique du Marquenterre" should be good with spring migraters.
St-Valery-sur-Somme is worth a visit as is the steam train which goes round the bay.
Wonderful area.

we went it was bitterly cold :-o but quite interesting on Saturday we did the long drive down to bellac dept 87 and spent the week landscaping the front garden (took 8 ton of white gravel) cut down a row of conifers and had a new 12kw log burner fitted
Just glad I am back in the UK and back at work I need the rest :| :lol:
