I have watched this a couple of times and some of the tips on it are so simplebut not so obvious. The one with the scissor jack is a goodie and I have adopted it, it works! The torch on the cap is also so handy.

Enjoy.

A few of them are worth remembering but whoever thought of the majority of them needs to get a life!

Some very useful, some a little ocd! Now the trick is how to remember to use them when in a similar situation!

Some useful ideas ! I've used one or two of them for years - such as putting a piece of tape on a drill bit to give the correct depth. Screwing jam jar lids to the underside of a shelf is also an old one.

I'm not too sure tha SWMBO would be too chuffed if I stuck her best scissors in my drill and changed their colour :ymsick: :ymsick: I don't like sleeping in the shed, especially as we don't have one :o

A bit of masking tape to measure the hole distances for mounting things on the wall is a goodie and I have used a dustpan to catch the drill dust for years. The last time was a couple of weeks back when I fitted a 'hot' above the cooker for my mate!

Best tip yet: tell the governor her painting is much better than yours, help out with cleaning the brushes (throw away and buy new) problem solved.

I like the electric toothbrush!!

Why does the paint tin need to be glued to the plastic plate though?

Because, that's why :ymsmug: I thought it was obvious, then you don't loose the plate :-\ :-\
