How do you there were no women involved??? :-?

Oh, I know, don't tell me - they'd be expected to come and clear up afterwards!!! :-q

The worrying thing is, I've seen people drive like that with caravans, on the open road .....but not for long!

No problem with caravans, just with ignorant car drivers who don't like travelling at the speed limit! [-( [-( [-(

No, this ignorant motorist would like to achieve the speed limit.

I thought that was what Barry meant, I certainly did, along with the red light fanatics who brake for every slight bend in the road............

and then speed up to the limit or beyond at the first straight empty stretch.. X(

And what about the ones who poddle along at 70 out of town and then continue at the same speed through the next village leaving us law abiding citizens in the distance, then unable to catch up and past in the one short straight beyond? ~x(

As it has stayed off topic, what exactly are the plus points of caravans?

Thinking of the cost of purchase and maintenance, likewise for an appropriate tow vehickle not a tiny saloon.
The limit of travel per day and finding a place to stop. The depreciation of both caravan and tow vehicle ( I wouldn't buy a car with a tow bar)

Vs the proper holiday with proper toilet and bathing facilities and kitchen etc.
