We are with Free.fr and have been receiving our emails in Outlook without bother for years.
Last week we got an email from them to say the account had been moved to their new Webmail.free.fr

My husband is blind and accesses his emails in outlook using talking software. It works fine for him.
Now half his emails are on webmail which is more difficult to find and does not read.
I tried to follow their instructions but can't find the filters to turn them off or edit them.

Does anyone else use Free or could help me to sort it out. He just wants to continue using outlook.

Thanks.

Which Outlook?

You should be able to use any email client - Thunderbird is good.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/

I must admit I use Outlook as part of Office 365 and swear by it - but you have to pay. Thunderbird is free.

Building on Dave's advice, look at: www.free.fr/assistance/2406.html and www.free.fr/assistance/2513.html

These (if up to date) would be how to connect Thunderbird.

However, more relevant, it may also be how you would reconfigure Outlook (once established which version was being used).

Thank you for the input. I think I've sorted it. It's Outlook 2013 on my laptop and Outlook 2010 on my husband's. I found the filters on both.
