We are putting our holiday house on the market, hoping to sell privately and doing an advert on a property website. It is asking for plot size.

The property is made up of 2 former properties and on the Notaire's documents (when we bought) it says the superficie of one is 00a 53ca and the other is 01a 03ca.

Please can anyone tell me the area of the ground floor (the 2 added together) in square metres.

I may be wrong, but I thought the superficie was the total area of the property -outside included. The habitable area of the building should have been listed separately, in metres, on the notaires details of the properties when you purchased them? :-\

Oh so that would include the courtyard which is in front of the joined together properties?
But what is it in square metres? I mean the letters a and ca mean nothing to me.

a = Are which is 100 mt²

ca = centiare which is 1 mt²
